 Seat installation method: 
1. Place the base: open the folding base seat tube, lock the folding box and quick release (you need to first press and hold the folding lock column when locking, loosen the folding box upper cover and then release, then lock the quick release ), place the base at the rear of the scooter pedal.
2Locking screws: First place two plastic locking blocks between the bottom plate and the scooter body, insert the hexagonal screws into the mounting holes one by one and pre-tighten them. Each screw is pre-tightened 8 times to fix the plastic locking block. . Then tighten the screws one by one until they lock.
3. Install the shock seat tube and cushion kit: Open the quick release of the seat tube and loosen it, insert the shock  seat tube and cushion kit and adjust to the appropriate height, and lock the quick release parts. Do not expose the safety cut-off line on the shock tube when adjusting the height.
4. Adjust the seat cushion: adjust the seat cushion to the use state and fasten it. If necessary, flip and retract it by turning the flipper on the cushion kit. Before riding, please check if the seat cushion is tightened. If it is loose, use a hex wrench to lock the hex nut on the flipper.
5 Sitting position: After the installation of 1-4 steps is completed, please check whether the installation is firm (mainly whether the two quick release and the base screws are locked). After the confirmation is completed, you can start your comfortable sitting experience.
6 Folding and opening of the seat: When you need to fold the scooter seat, open the folding box's quick release part to fold the base.
Note: The four studs in the manual 3.② are required for the installation of the XIAOMI MIJIA electric scooter seat, not included in the NINEBOT seat box.4 studs do not need to be installed in the NINEBOT seat.If you don't know how to install, follow the instructions in this article to match the installation steps pictures in the instructions to complete the installation.

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.


Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time(45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.

If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.

If you do not want the product you’ve receive you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.


If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
